Illuminate Ignite is a 3-month immersion which is a private, held container, open only to people I know or referral through personal invite. 

It’s a creative foray for artists, creatives, soulpreneurs, CEOs, small business owners, writers, authors, facilitators, coaches and therapists coming together for Illuminate Ignite Immersion which includes: a zoom group call every week, a 121 session with me and a private WhatsApp group for ongoing connection, support and inspiration.

Inspired by my 21 years of facilitating events online and in person, my natural energy practices and by my excitement and enthusiasm for what’s possible for each and everyone one of us. For you.

Here’s what to expect

It’s a 3-month experience

The times and dates will be arranged when a minimum number of invitations have been confirmed. So it will be at a time that works for you and me. 

Intake 2 will begin in April 2025. There’ll be a little break of a week or two from 28th April - 12th May, while I’m setting up Maison des Étoiles in France, and then we’ll go until the end of July. At the end of the 3 months is the opportunity to join us for a weekend Retreat to integrate everything that's happened and rest in the creative landscape of your soul. 

Outcomes of Illuminate Ignite have been

  • increased self-esteem and motivation

  • a sense of self and feeling of belonging

  • transformed her business from doing individual sessions to working in organisations, running groups and increased income by ten times her previous income

  • put on an exhibition of paintings after many years not exhibiting

  • re-established her dance classes

  • increased price of art works from £100 - £1000

  • went from a job working for another organisations to setting up as an independent wellness consultant and working for 3 new clients

  • Set up own Arts Organisation

  • Filled places on her own workshop

  • Went freelance and started a charity and a consultancy

👑 Cost

£250 per month for 3 months with the option to pay in smaller instalments over a longer period of time. 

One-to-one Coaching with me costs £1500 for 3 months so this is a great way to work together at a lower cost.

What’ll we do…???

We’ll dance, and move and maybe cry…. And laugh and feel. And create.

Each session will flow at its own pace, patten and flow within the allotted time -scale. (around 90mins per session)

You may find yourself in the centre of the circle or you may be simply witnessing.

And whatever you’re working on will expand. Whatever you want to create will manifest. Whatever you want to change will transform.

It’s not magic. It’s just what naturally happens when people come together in my groups.

And you’ll get the chance to connect with what's possible for you when you connect with me and others and feel excited, enthused and inspired. Wherever there might be a block or disbelief you'll find gentle yet powerful ways to overcome it. 

There’ll be:

🪩Dance and movement - yes . . on Zoom! ( and no we don't have to see you) but I know that it is always a good idea to dance before if not while creating. . . 

👂A thoroughly good listening to (you'll get the chance to talk your heart out and it's amazing what clarity and support comes from such heart sharing)

🚀Guided meditation and visualisation which may well make you feel amazing, full of motivation and deeply connected to your soul and source of your creative process

🎇Unblocking guidance and inspiration to move on with or start your project

⚡️A feeling of upliftment, possibility and getting excited by what you can do and create
